The triple room is modern and has climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel TV. The beds are very comfy and the staff is lovely friendly. It has beautiful and stunning location close to everything. And it's nestled in a beautiful building just next door to the old town, the center, and restaurant.

A secure area, beautiful and particularly good location close enough to the center of town, and the river side. Exceptionally comfortable bed, fairly clean bathroom and cable channels, a mini-fridge-bar, and a writing desk in the room. Great and delicious food.

We all truly enjoyed beautiful and modern room with actually 2 bedrooms and modern facilities, for example. The location of the hotel was favourable - not too far from Basilica Del Senor de los Milagros.
The staff were poor, didn't expect that coming.

We stayed here for a few days and it was great! Everything is so close, you can just walk to all the sights. The staff was amazing, always happy to help with anything we needed. The room was spacious and had everything we required. The breakfast was delicious and they have a good bar too.
